DKA Mask/Sports Glasses (DKA01)

Congratulations on purchasing your new DeKIJKadviseur DKA01 Mask/Sports Glasses.

The DKA01 viewing advisor mask glasses are designed to be worn under face protection without optical lenses, such as under full-face masks, ski goggles, work glasses, overglasses, etc.
The DKA01 can also be used without protective glasses, for example during sports or light work where safety glasses are not mandatory.

Use of the DKA01 mask/sports glasses is entirely at your own risk.

Adjusting the glasses before use

The glasses will be adjusted by the DeKIJKadviseur optician for an optimal fit. The correct size of springs must be selected, medium or large, for a good seal and comfortable wear.

Upon delivery, the glasses must be adjusted by the DeKIJKadviseur optician by adjusting the saddle nose pads to the shape of the nose, shaping the spring to the correct shape and adjusting the angle of inclination (see action2).

The DKA01 must be put on and taken off with both hands.

Prescription glasses

Prescription lenses are available in both single vision and multifocal versions. The lenses are made of CR39 material with an anti-scratch coating and anti-reflective (AR) treatment. The lenses must be fitted by a DeKIJKadviseur optician.

Accessoires

Your glasses come standard in a case specially designed for storing the DKA01. A headband with fastening materials is also included. The headband must be attached to the openings at the top of the coil spring (see action3).

A triangular transparent screwdriver with a special notch on one side is included for adjusting the angle of inclination and attaching the headband. This screwdriver is attached to the inside of the case and is easy to remove and replace (see action 4).

Cleaning

  • Always keep the glasses clean.
  • Rinse the glasses with lukewarm water after use.
  • Do not use aggressive cleaning agents.

Storage and transport

  • Always store the DAK01 glasses clean in the supplied case (see action 1).
  • Do not use any other cases.
